Resumo
A tiroxina sintética (T4) é o tratamento de escolha para a correção do hipotireoidismo. Reações de hipersensibilidade a levotiroxina são raras. Relatamos um caso de reação maculopapular induzida por levotiroxina, com dessensibilização oral bem sucedida.

Abstract
Synthetic thyroxine (T4) is the treatment of choice for the correction of hypothyroidism. Hypersensitivity reactions to levothyroxin are rare. We report a case of maculopapular reaction induced by levothyroxin, with successful oral desensitization.
