Resumo
Relato de caso de paciente com síndrome escromboide. Os aspectos clínicos e os mecanismos fisiopatológicos envolvidos na síndrome são revistos. Salienta-se o diagnóstico diferencial com a anafilaxia a peixe.

Case report of a patient with scromboid syndrome. The clinical aspects and pathophysiological mechanisms involved in the syndrome are reviewed. The differential diagnosis with fish anaphylaxis is highlighted.
